At Eezify Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt.

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include: Your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a replacement or full refund upon approval.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Process: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds? If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).

Shipping & Cancellations

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
